		<description><![CDATA[This is great information to share; especially the ADAAA update.  As a disabled veteran with an &quot;invisible disability&quot; I can relate to the ruling because there is a presumption that if a disease or injury is not &quot;seen&quot;, it does not have merit or you&#039;re really ok.  It&#039;s also good to know that our courts are progressive in thoughts and interpretation of the laws that are created to help and not hurt those living with visible and invisible disabilities.
