Cari Dominguez knows what it takes to be a good, fair, and compliant employer. She has been the Director of the US Dept. of Labor/OFCCP and the Chair of the EEOC (the two premier federal enforcement agencies for EEO and Affirmative Action). She was a highly respected leader within both agencies, crossing political lines to do what is fair and just.

Cari leads with her heart and all who have worked for and with her will attest to that fact. She has the ganas it takes to be an inspiring leader and motivator. This book, a gift to those who are in leadership positions, should be read by every supervisor/manager within any type of organization, agency, or company.
