I worked with John at Sears Credit as well. Great to see the profile and to hear that he continues to inspire and motivate others. He is truly one of the best!!

John is an influential leader and someone who has been able to impact peoples lives whether in the workplace, with his community investments, and really in all that he does. I’m glad to see him featured in Diversity Inc as he now gets an opportunity to share his leadership with an even broader audience and impact even more people with his leadership.

I personally had the opportunity to work and partner with John Ridgeway at Toyota Financial Services. He was a great leader and very supportive of the Human Resources initiatives, Charitable Events and Community Outreach. It is great to see John’s accomplishments acknowledge for Diversity Inc.!!
