John Lewis Jr.
Global Chief Diversity Officer
The Coca-Cola Company
“Today’s diversity dialogue, as it was in Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s day, is about the forgotten, the silenced and the institutionally marginalized, and all that we collectively stand to lose by not bringing their talent, energy, perspective and passion to the marketplace,” John Lewis Jr. said in a Coca-Cola Diversity Stewardship Report.
Before becoming Coca-Cola’s chief diversity officer, Lewis served as Senior Managing Compliance and Global Anti-Bribery Counsel, leading compliance for all North America operations and managing the company’s anti-bribery compliance programs. He joined the company in 2002 as Litigation Counsel and later became Chief Litigation Counsel, with responsibility for the more than 200 countries in which Coca-Cola does business.
