Rodgers works with senior leadership, department managers, HR professionals and resource groups to ensure that diversity and inclusion initiatives are aligned with business strategies and goals. Before becoming Chief Diversity Officer, she played a leading role on New York Life’s Corporate Strategy team. She joined New York Life in 1994 in the Corporate Compliance department and ultimately had compliance oversight of the company’s two broker dealers, its investment advisory and its international operations.
She is a past chair of New York Life’s Women’s Leadership Program and was a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s Social Networking Task Force. Prior to joining New York Life, she worked as an examiner at the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA).
Rodgers received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Franklin & Marshall College. She lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
