• Supplier Diversity: Twice the Top 10 average and nearly three times the Top 50 average of on prime suppliers who are women owned

• Mentoring by all Managers: 56.8% higher than the Top 10, nearly triple the Top 10 average and four times the national average


Hilton, a newcomer to the Top 50 last year, has wasted no time in establishing its commitment to diversity through senior leadership.

The company has an Executive Diversity Council (EDC), chaired by the company’s own President and CEO Chris Nassetta. Hilton’s EDC meets quarterly and consists of its most senior leaders.

This commitment to diversity and inclusion travels down to all levels of the company and is reinforced through team member resource groups (TMRGs). Among the TMRGs are African American; Asian and Pacific Islander; Hispanic/Latino; Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) & Friends; Veterans, Abilities, and Women.

Senior leaders at Hilton take part in diversity trainings as well as celebrations of various cultures’ traditions and customs. Hilton employees are also active in local communities through volunteer work, partnerships and programmatic efforts.
