WHY THEY'RE ON THE LIST

This year, Exelon continued using digital tools to promote D&I education. The company held quarterly webinars, each with over 500 participants, with topics including millennials, LGBT, how ho have a diversity discussion and self-evaluation. The company also launched Inclusive Behavior, a new eLearning module. The tool is designed to educate company leaders on how they can manage their diverse teams.

  • Blacks on Board of Directors: 66% more than the Top 50
  • Level 1 Sponsoring ERGs: 16.4% more than the Top 50
  • Supplier Diversity: Spent 13.3% more of total procurement with tier-1 minority-owned suppliers than the Top 10
