This year, Exelon continued using digital tools to promote D&I education. The company held quarterly webinars, each with over 500 participants, with topics including millennials, LGBT, how ho have a diversity discussion and self-evaluation. The company also launched Inclusive Behavior, a new eLearning module. The tool is designed to educate company leaders on how they can manage their diverse teams.
