With this knowledge, Lilly plans to solidify its best practices around talent management for women. The company also plans to conduct similar studies for its Black, Hispanic and Latino employees. Lilly is also planning to roll out a Conscious Inclusion training.

  • Women Among Those Promoted Into Management: 33.9% more than the Top 50
