Lissiah Taylor Hundley

Lissiah Taylor Hundley is the diversity and inclusion strategist for Cox Enterprises. In this role, Hundley is the company’s senior diversity and inclusion subject matter expert, and an advisor to leadership and stakeholder groups across the enterprise. She partners with Cox’s divisions, including Cox Communications, Cox Automotive and Cox Media Group, on enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategies. Hundley also ensures diversity is incorporated throughout the company’s recruitment, talent management and retention initiatives, as well as goal setting and business plans.

Most recently, Hundley served as executive director of diversity and inclusion at Cox Communications, the company’s broadband communications and entertainment division. There she led the strategic development and implementation of the diversity & inclusion strategy that supports Cox’s vision and business objectives. Hundley was the liaison between Cox and key national and local diversity partners, and worked closely with Cox’s senior executives to advance diversity initiatives and goals. She was a member of Cox’s National Diversity Council, and she partnered closely with the President and Chief People Officer who chair the Council. Hundley was also responsible for implementing and overseeing the first Employee Resource Groups at Cox.

Hundley has over 19 years of experience working with diverse segments and equal employment opportunity related initiatives. She has led the development of mentoring and diversity training programs for executives and employees to promote inclusion. She has extensive experience working with federal audits, including the OFCCP and FCC. Hundley has also studied and worked abroad, and has managed technical and business operation centers in Jamaica and the Philippines.
