Lewis Maltby

Lewis Maltbyis president of the National Workrights Institute.

Prior to founding the Institute, Maltbywas director of the ACLU’s national employment rights office. He has testified before Congress manytimes regarding a wide range of employment issues, including the use of criminal records.

Maltby is co-author ofBest Practices for Employers in the Use of Criminal Records, which is supported by the UnitedStates Department of Labor and Department of Justice.
