Kaley Gagnon

Kaley is currently the Executive Director of AT&T College Recruiting, responsible for leading the talent acquisition strategy for college hiring programs and on campus activity. Additionally, Kaley manages the ACE university program, maintaining strategic relationships with key universities from the perspective of sales, external affairs, community engagement and recruiting.

Previously, Kaley supported AT&T’s Chief Strategy Officer as his Chief of Staff, responsible for facilitating the internal corporate strategy and development projects and initiatives for AT&T’s long-termstrategy. She was instrumental in various acquisition efforts by AT&T, including Cricket Wireless and DIRECTV.

Kaley has held various roles throughout AT&T since joining the company in 2007 including marketing, advertising, and the Internet of Things. Her efforts in building a “Connected City” as part of the annual Mobile World Congress were recognized by dozens of domestic and international publications.

Kaley holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech and a master’s degree from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. She resides in Mountain View, California, with her husband Russ and their daughter Emily.
