I think the YouTube video on Giving Candid Feedback is very good reminder for me of the importance on providing honest feedback to employees and while at the same time holding them accountable to higher performance by challenging them to tasks that they thought they would never master.
We all realize that candid feedback is important. How do you monitor expectations for employee advancement. One main issue today when you have great empoyees is have them understand that they do not rise to the top immediately and that one needs to put their time and commentment to the compoany. I find that the hardness to deal with in todays climate.
