Diversity has been manipulated in so many ways to ensure that the majority would be the benefactor of the spoils. The criminal justice system was established because of diversity e.g., I don’t look like you or talk like you or have the same skin color as you so I must pay for that difference whether, it was in the beginning by the conclusion of my life (Diversity), and now by sacrificing my life for your (CCA etc…) financial gain. Diversity has also been used in some manner of financial gain such as free labor, etc…It is certain that when it is said that “Justice is Blind” is true, justice is blind, blind to the fairness of the application of that justice. Lady Justice has a tendancy to raise her blindfold an peek to see if diversity is in her arena.

It is common knowledge in the city where I live, that the jail calls the courthouse when it is low on prisoners and asks for the judges to send more over. There is no justice system in this country. Only an injustice system. Eveidence, innocent until proven guilty, honor have all given way to “Let’s Make a Deal”. Any attorney will tell you that prisons are full of innocent people. While money changes hands and corruption abounds. Thank you Diversity Inc.

The for-profit prison industry has long been successfully promoting ever more draconian legislation, writing it at ALEC and underwriting campaigns for ALEC members for higher offices. This piece however neglects to mention the influence of billionaires David H. and Charles de Ganahl Koch in promoting the industry and ALEC as well.
