The 2015 Fair360, formerly DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity survey is now open, and it’s easier to navigate with several improved features.
After a record number of companies participated in the 2014 survey, we are using a new platform with several, technological improvements. These include:
- an improved Table of Contents, which allows for easy movement throughout the survey;
- automatic conversion of raw numbers into percentages, when required;
- easy uploading of supplemental materials and the ability to download your submission as a PDF to share internally;
- the appearance on-screen of 2014 data for any company that filled out the survey last year, for easy reference.
An increased emphasis will be placed on the development of Tier II (subcontractor) supplier diversity in this year’s rankings because of its relevance to building community wealth. Supplier Diversity accounts for 25 percent of the points on the survey—the same weight as each of the three other measured categories: Talent Pipeline, Equitable Talent Development and CEO/Leadership Commitment.
