Talent is a God given gift. Skills are learned abilities that are enhanced by instruction and exposure. I don&#039;t care how much instruction I have I cannot sing. That&#039;s a talent. Rather than play these games of titles we need to focus on providing people with the skills to get and keep a job. ]]></description>
