  • All of The 2009 DiversityInc Top 10 Companies for Global Diversity have a formal program to prepare families of employees who work in other countries, compared with 68 percent of the 2009 DiversityInc Top 50. 
  • In order to ensure that their company values are intact globally, 50 percent of The 2009 DiversityInc Top 10 Companies for Global Diversity refuse to do business in countries that don’t share human-rights values, compared with 12 percent of the 2009 DiversityInc Top 50. Thirty percent of The 2009 DiversityInc Top 10 Companies for Global Diversity work to change laws in countries they perceive as oppressive, compared with 8 percent of the 2009 DiversityInc Top 50.
