When I was employed and even now as self employed, I have had to let our story be known by substituting them in our story: imagine…. This has been effective in awakening awareness in the minds of the majority about how minorities really feel about certain issues.

It is much like any leadership; if the leadership has no stake or a personal investment in diversity it does very little to change the organization because those in the organizaiton can see based upon expressed values and expected responses to those values by leadership
