		<description><![CDATA[Agreed, we do however need to recognize that getting women into senior leadership positions doesn&#039;t rest with just women.  Men need to be our full partners, and participate in discovering how they unconsciously participate in cultural norms and behaviors that make it difficult for women to stay long enough to get to the top.  ]]></description>
