		<description><![CDATA[I have been with ADP from last 5 years and believe me I had a wonderful journey till today. I would like to add to what Benito talked about ADP. In India ADP operation we have forum where employees can post their thoughts and its evaluated by the panel to see if the idea can be implemented in ADP. Every day we try in ADP to make things transparent to win the heart of each associates and as Benito said we care each associate as &quot;Human&quot;. And now ADP is developing new leaders across the Glove to transform the leadership from good to great!!!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This is what makes ADP a great place to work.  We don&#039;t always get it right, and I have worked for managers where I did not feel heard but, ADP is always striving for improvement.  Non-engagement is not status quo and even though it is a large company, it recognizes it takes individuals to make it great.  Being heard, being accepted and being recognized for who you are and the talents you bring makes for a great step towards a  &#039;sticky&#039; organization.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I agree that by allowing people to contribute to the success of a company helps empower them more.  People today want to feel that they are making a difference, and ADP matches contributions made to charities, allows 8 hours of paid time off to help a charity or volunteer in the local community.  These little things make a big difference and I have to say that ADP is one of the best companies that I have ever worked for and would promote and recommend them to anyone and everyone that I meet.  I am very proud of their success and diversity campaigns that have begun, I can say that I am very proud to work for ADP. ]]></description>

One of the best ways to streamline operations and improve on/create efficiencies is to recognize that there are ideas that may improve the process that may not be your own. Embrace your team members who may have a different view, engage them, and have a dialogue to come up with the best solutions.]]></description>
