I appreciate all of the distiguished panel member's contributions, however, the corporate landscape is still very much the same as it has always been. People of color and women not in significant numbers to be impactful at the decision making levels within most organizations. People of color and women, still in those typical positions, not in CEO, or COO or CFO on and on etc; Where is the internal compliance? Why aren't people being held accountable? Who is making sure that things are fair, that things are right? In the private, corporate world, remedial programs like Affirmative Action are not illegal. Diversity and inclusion are "ideals" but hiring goals are real. You cannot achieve Diversity without some effort at establishing targets and goals.
