Rear Adm. Faller: ‘Women Make the Navy Better’ (VIDEO)

Women have reached some of the highest ranks of the Navy, and they've improved operations across the organization, Rear Adm. Craig Faller told DiversityInc CEO Luke Visconti in an interview.

Craig Faller, commander of the Navy Recruiting Command, said that women are integral to everything the Navy does, and their success has improved aspirations for female Naval officers and the quality of life for Naval families.
