They have the same intellectual abilities as men, but they are not men. There is a first level of authority that was created by God; men first. This will always be the case as long as the world turns. Innately in women, there is an understanding of that created authority level. First the man, then the woman and next the children.

The gap has closed, but it will never become an equal percentage. This is not a chauvinistic remark, this is the way life is. Please women, don’t start with the race issue and Mr. Obama becoming the President of the United States? This doesn’t compare. Women might out number men seven to one, but the real fact is the level is male then female. The gap will close; White women, Black women and all others. But, only in America. Women in other parts of the world can forget about remotely closing the gap. Thanks God for America.

I do encourage American women to seek their passion to be corporate leaders.
