Telecommuting works in some environments and not in others- with a company struggling for its life like Yahoo is, it maybe the right thing to have an “All Hands on Deck” situation. A flexible workplace leads to more productivity and higher morale in addition to healthier environment. Unfortunately, not all workplaces are always in a position to offer that total flexibility to their employees.
