1. if that is not harassment then women should refer back they they are nice little men and pat them on the head.

2. I'm disabled and agree with Starbucks ONLY IF its one of the smaller stores where there is not safe room for a stool. Otherwise toss in a stool for short folks or a chair for those in pain, why not help get more people off the dole and out of poverty?

3. Yes religious based services can and do discriminate vs disability too and also I was told by state and fed agencies can not be held responsible under FHEO /ADA rules yet they can have non profit status. They should have to forgo non profit status/benefits if they are allowed to discriminate in any place they provide services to the general public. Period.

4.Love it when a hypocrite gets caught. I was grabbed between the legs the day after my county employer's first harassment training. Apparently some of the good ole boys thought it was a how to and were also upset I even mentioned it happened. I was harassed even more from that point on, even my restroom trips were on the record.

5. Employers dislike obese people and also those who try not to be? GEEZ.

6. Bullying knows no bounds.

7. ASS_U_ME D to much?

8. Fed and State laws employment laws are plenty. Why do these same people complain about too much govt loudly, unless they can personally benefit from more govt ? If the jails are too expensive, if people are not getting rehabed at great cost to all , how would this plan benefit the taxpayer or general public ? i can understand people who have committed violent crimes being exempt from many employment situations, but other than that it seems to make little sense or cents.

OK - peanut gallery out.

For the professor to indicate that he did not know that would be perceived as sexual harrassment is absurd. Assuming the university has done any sexual harrassment training, any thinking person would understand that such conduct is outside of accepable. It is also demeaning and frankly intended to belittle the department chair. He would never have done anything so blatanly disgusting had the chair been male.

In these times, periods overlap each other. What wasn't sexual harrassement yesterday is. Even though we haven't printed a new rulebook as yet. You find out after the fact or after someone else makes the fatal errort. I think the fireing was over the top unless you first warn the perpetrator of the ruling first. You can also warn the school of what was done to put everone on the same page.
