		<description><![CDATA[A long time ago, there was a book entitled &quot;Military Justice is to Justice as Military Music is to Music.&quot;  I don&#039;t think women can ever -- realistically -- expect the problem to be resolved within the so-called military justice system.  The same can be said for coeds seeking justice for on-campus rapes through college disciplinary systems.  These cases need to be handled through our regular criminal justice system, even with all its warts.]]></description>
